*Total Available Quantity* ==> 300,000 Bitcoins

*Gross Discount* ==>

⇒ 4% ( 2% net to buyer & 2% commission) → For Total BTC Purchase between 3K & 25K

⇒ 5% ( 3% net to buyer & 2% commission) → For Total BTC Purchase from 25K to100K

⇒ 6% ( 4% net to buyer & 2% commission OR 3% net to buyer & 3% commission) → For Total BTC Purchase from 100K and more

COMMISSION : Seller side - closed

Commission - Buyer Side - Anand you start from Box # 2.

*Closing Methods* ==> Escrow

*Buyer’s Paperwork* ==> Buyer Submits completed SPA (see attached) and POF & Signs IMFPA

*Seller POC* ==> Seller sends LIVE Video Proof of Coin’s wallet (POC) directly to buyer



*SPA & Escrow Agreement* ==> Buyer and Seller Executes Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Escrow Agreement along side with Irrevocable Master Fee *Fee Agreement* ==> Protection Agreement (IMFPA) being executed by Seller for the intermediaries

*Transaction Takes Place*

*Tranches* ==> 1st Tranche executed, Intermediaries paid and other tranches executed with Intermediaries being paid each time



*TRANSACTION CLOSING PROCEDURE : (Escrow)*



→ 1. Buyer Submits a completed and signed SPA with Proof Of Funds to the seller.

→ 2. Seller reviews, complete and countersigns the SPA

→ 3. Within 24hrs seller sends a live video of the Wallet screenshot showing POC

→ 4. Within 48hrs Buyer sends the payment of $xx,xxx,xxx via Bank Wire Transfer to the nominated Escrow Account.

→ 5. Within 48hrs Seller confirms payment with the Escrow agent and sends Bitcoins to buyer’s wallet.

→ 6. Buyer confirms the bitcoin in his/her wallet and advise the escrow to release payment to seller and pay commission as per IMFPA

→ 7. Step 4, 5 and 6 will repeat for the 2nd tranche until the total purchase amount of this contract is exhausted.
