2. Buyer issues LOI / ICPO to Seller



3. Seller evaluate ICPO and send FCO document for signing



4. Seller issue Sale and Purchase Agreement - SPA document



5. Within five - 5 international banking days after both parties have signed the



contract then, the buyer will issue the Irrevocable LC at sight, transferrable document



6. Seller shall arrange the first shipment as per agreement after confirmed the



LC payment .
