Group of energy projects that we want to leverage in Latin America, they are related to the production, storage and distribution of liquefied gas, electricity and derivatives:



1. Project for the distribution of liquid fuels and liquefaction plant in the Netherlands Antilles, this project includes the industrialization of proven reserves in the territorial sea of the islands of Aruba and Curacao.



2. Mega Storage development project for liquefied gas and petroleum products in the Dominican Republic, this project aims to develop a system of tanks for the storage of liquefied gas and liquid fuels, the strength of this mega project is the incorporation of a 3500 MW combined cycle thermoelectric plant; It contemplates the migration to natural gas of the existing plants in the country in addition to the construction of an interconnected system, which allows the regulation of the electrical service and the export of surpluses to the Puerto Rico market, a market with excellent prospects for energy development.



3. Refinery Project in Panama, this project has as its main orientation the development of a liquid fuel production plant, as well as a Cryogenic for the production of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). These facilities are designed to strengthen distribution to the markets of Panama and Costa Rica as well as provide fuel to the shipping market of the interoceanic canal; It has an estimated production of 650 thousand barrels per day.



4. Project Liquefaction Plant in Neuquén Argentina, this project is aimed at the industrialization of the large deposits of associated and non-associated gas in northern Argentina; This project seeks to produce apart from liquefied gas, liquid derivatives and raw materials oriented to industrial use.



5. Geothermal Energy Project to be implemented in Guatemala and Honduras, this 30 MW project is located in the vicinity of the geoactive areas, between Honduras and Guatemala with estimates of the total potential of resources in the area of more than 200 MW creating an opportunity for expansion projects



6. Project of Petrochemical Complexes Ecuador Argentina and Peru, Hydrocarbon processing plants for the production of derivatives, production of petrochemicals, fuels, acids, alcohols, fertilizers and power generation plant by liquefied gas and / or synthetic gas derived from industrial processes .



7. Nicaragua Canal Development Project, this project deals with the interoceanic canal for vessels of great draft greater than those admitted by the expanded Panama Canal.



8. Panama Thermoelectric Power Plant Project, this project is about the Construction of Thermoelectric Power Plant based on liquefied gas, 900Mw in Colon Province of Colon Panama.



9. Project of Social Interest Houses in Panama, the construction of 10,000 housing units is expected, the houses have a mortgage of USD50 thousand on average per unit, the state buys them after they are built, for its staff.



10. CTL (Coal to Liquids for Cold Cracking) PROJECTS Colombia and Argentina, this project includes the construction and operation of an integrated refinery of advanced complexity by country, whose annual processing capacity will be 10 million tons of coal, making them 2 million tons of petroleum products, including 1.5 tons of diesel, 475,000 tons of gasoline, 170,000 tons of LPG, 100,000 tons of sulfur and 75,000 tons of ammonium sulfate.



11. Oil and Gas Terminals Project with Electricity Generation for Central America, this project consists of the construction of fuel reception and distribution network by country in Central America and the Caribbean includes the construction of a thermoelectric plant for each project, countries to cover: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Cuba (El Mariel) and Haiti.



12. Project for the Gas Interconnection System in Central and South America, the construction of an interconnected natural gas system that joins from Venezuela to Mexico is planned.
