757-200F

Just to clarify, our associate is in the process of operating three 757-200 Freighters and two 747-400 Freighters for a new cargo company they have established.

The 1988 and 1990 aircraft are ready to go within 2 weeks and have just completed the required C Checks and are fully airworthy with over 2800 cycles remaining on each of the engines.

The gear on the 1988 will be due in October of 2022 and the gear on the 1990 will not be due until 2029.

The plan is to operate the three 757’s until the 747’s come on-line at the end of the year and then sell the 757’s with ACMI leases attached.

We are planning on placing one aircraft in the Middle East, one in central Europe and one in Miami and operate all aircraft within the 4000nm circle and are trying to maintain a 4 hour to one cycle average utilization.

We have attached some basic specs on the three aircraft as well as our draft NDNCA. We may consider selling the 1991 aircraft but haven’t decided on that because there is a lot of demand for ACMI at the moment. If we were to sell the 1991 we would not consider less than $15,950,000 as is where is but with fresh check and a minimum of 2800CR on each engine and gear as shown.

The 1988 and the 1991 are both FAA registered aircraft and the 1990 is EASA.

As far as rates, we will not even consider ACMI less that $3,995.00 pbh and the rate will be subject to city pairs and minimum guarantee of 250 hours per month for at least 12 months.

We are prepared to discuss the sale of the 1991 with an actual buyer but only as his official and exclusive mandated agent. We are prepared to enter into an ACMI agreement with a competent lessee but will require proof of funds, references and the usual deposit to Aerotitle escrow. The ACMI agreement will define all the usual terms and conditions.

We trust this provides you sufficient information to engage a competent ACMI lessee and /or a legitimate buyer for the 1991, although we have not yet decided if we will in fact sell that aircraft at this time.

Please advise accordingly.
