INGREDIENTS: Tilapia, cracker meal {whole wheat flour, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), extractive of paprika}, whole wheat flour, wheat flour, water, modified corn starch, enriched yellow corn flour (yellow corn flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), spice, nonfat dry milk, soybean oil, garlic powder, onion powder, wheat gluten, guar gum. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat convection oven to 400 F, Place frozen wedge on a greased sheet and heat for 14-18 minutes; preheat traditional oven to 425 AND HEAT FOR 18-22 minutes OR until golden brown.
