A regular house in UK or Europe starts at about 2350 euros per square metre for a delivered, turnkey, finished house erected on the clients plot.



Our homes start at 1,000 euros per square metre to professional clients viz developers, constructors , investors etc and to the public at 1150 euros for a fully finished A rated insulated home inc groundworks. This is for a standard finish.



A 1500 square foot, 3 bed single storey home built in traditional block or concrete structure here takes the best part of 12 months or more, we can do this in 4 months.



There is NO restriction on design, contemporary, traditional, modern etc and the system can go to five floors as is or if incorporated with a concrete structure, existing or new, whatever height the Project requires.



We will provide all the necessary engineering calculations that the development will require with regards to the steel structure and conform to both European and British building regs.



The profit margins are generated by the efficiency of the manufacturing process therefore the system could be set up to manufacture in the UK generating both work and profit.



Structures are tailor-made for each Project using CNC Profiling machinery, each piece cut to size which could be produced here in Spain ( should the license holder not wish to invest in the machinery ) or in the UK for subsequent assembly in the UK.



The whole process uses traditional building skills and does not require that the workforce undergo extensive specialist training.



The process also avoids heavy lifting of materials by hand and therefore promotes diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
