The sellers bank: CITI Bank.



Payment option 1:



Factoring at approval of Buyer by CITI Bank Europe at 30 days, 60 days following the BOL Dates, as buyer pays to the Factoring Company the Invoice value/no added fees/



Payment option 2:



If buyer is not approved for Factoring, so he must pay by an irrevocably DLC, preferably opened in Any branch of CITI Bank or an approved by CITI bank first class international bank.



Offer validity:15.01.2022.



Commissions for facilitators: to be added to the top of our CIF prices, depending to which destination ports.



Payment of Commissions will be settled by an Appendix to the main Contract between Seller and buyer.



We can do a trial shipment of 100 tones immediately against a simple LC transferable and divisible on the amount of 100 tones CNF. Actually, the transferability and divisibility of the lc do not cost additionally to the issuing bank, categorizing them such ones.
