Terms of payment:



Payment will be made by a revolving irrevocable documentary letter of credit issued by a reputable bank, which is subject to disclosure under FCA terms



upon presentation of the following documents to the Buyers Bank through the Sellers Bank:



1. Original invoice of the seller in four copies;



2. Original packing list of the seller in four copies;



3. Original certificate of origin issued by the manufacturer of the goods;



4. Original resource certificate issued by the manufacturer of the product;



SGS-Inspection at FCA warehouse of the factory buyer pays.
