An estimated $5 million rehabilitation project, which will fund a full renovation for the buildings nestled in the forest to include 3 and 5 star interior and beautiful exterior improvements that would blend in harmoniously with the natural surroundings.

Investment will also improve the sites access to utilities, including water main through the sites grounds.

The existing buildings are now largely totally stripped and covered with vegetation

· The Barracks will be converted into studio and one- to four bedroom luxury apartments.

The entire project will have an abundance of facilities including main lobby, outdoor recreation areas with landscape, business center, lagoon pool, pool bar, Jacuzzi/s, shallow pool, fitness & lap pool

We will also include a 9 hole pitch and putt golf, tennis, medical center, mini mart, coffee shops , restaurants , billiards, library and book exchange and a number of pub and bar/s and of course medical center and caregivers accommodation.

Can I not just rent an apartment or house in the same area without the membership fee ?

Yes you certainly can find apartments and houses in the same area if you want live alone, deal with landlords and agents, renew your lease yearly ... Stress about what will rent be 5 years from now or if the landlord will renew ?

Handle all your visas, transport, utilities including cable, Internet, water, power, cleaning services, security ?

Our project is a little more expensive to get started but we are aiming for those that want a hassle free retirement and comfort knowing they have nothing to worry about no monthly bills (except power) no security issues if you travel home for a month or more when you get back everything will be as you left it . For the next ten to fifty years it is YOUR home.



Can I have guests stay over ? Absolutely just respect your neighbors in so far as noise is concerned



I live where we have 4 seasons I want to live with my family in summer and go to the resort only in winter can I ?

Sure why not it is YOUR villa to stay in as you please .

It will be secured and maintained in your absence.



If I need to vacate or need to go home for health reasons what happens to my remaining years ?

The Barracks will buy back the residual remaining years of your membership pro rata for example; a 10 year membership and you only consume 5 you will receive back 50% i.e.

$50,000 less the $2,500 travel rebate = $28,750 refunded within 30 days of cancelation .

Unless of course there are maintenance fees, such as if your a heavy smoker and the room needs fumigating and repainting or other repairs more than normal wear and tear.

It will need to be sparking fresh for next tenant.

You cannot sell nor sublease your membership to others should you wish to vacate these must only be sold back to the organization this allows us to carefully vet the tenets and move in a new tenet most suited to that home from our waiting list.



What if I pass away ? You will complete a form on moving in this will include instruction on who you wish to bequeath the remaining value of your membership to, any expenses such as medical , flights or local interment can be deducted from the remainder of your membership.



Do I do my own laundry . Each home has a washing machine and dryer however also a pick up and delivery laundry & ironing service for clothing, bed linen and bath towels etc is provided at extremely reasonable rates.



Are pets allowed ? The resort has a well trained friendly dog no others are allowed as these can cause problems with neighbors.

Cats are not welcome as the area has abundant bird life and species such as geckos that we want to protect.

Fish and birds such as a canary are ok
