Minimum Guaranteed Hours : 100 (One Hundred ) Block hours monthly minimum average hours.. 1200 HOURS YEARLY MINIMUM GUARANTEED.



ACMI LEASE PRICE : 4,700 USD Block hour UP TO 100 HOURS..



1,700 USD Block Hour any flight above 100 Hours.



LEASE TERM : One Year.. with extension option..



Base : anyagreed airport at Africa.... other on request



Delivery Airport and Aircraft Positioning and Repositioning : USA or EUROPE with Lessee Expenses .. Details will be clarified at main lease contract..



Start Date : Within 45-60 Days after first payment received..



Payment TERMS :



Security Deposit : 600.000 USD.. This payment shall be done as:



Commitment Payment : 150.000 USD As soon as to sign the LOI term sheet ( FULLY REFUNDABLE )



Remaining Payment : After to sign the Main ACMI lease contract and also Lessor shall confirm the B737-400F Aircraft dry lease contract..



Security payment shall be refund after lease term.. Details will be indicated at Main Lease contract..



Monthly Lease Payment : One week before each month.. All flight permits shall be confirmed before to make first month ACMI lease payment..



Lessor Responsibilities : Aircraft, Crew (3 set of the Crew. Each set 1 Cpt 1 FO, 1 Load Master and 1 Technician ), Maintenance and Insurance and one set of ULD s..



Lessee Responsibilities : All DOC expenses.. Fuel and oil, landing handling, parking, etc.. HOTAC (Hotel Accommodation for the CREW and OPS people ) and PER DIEM : 100 USD day each person
