Origin: Philippines;



Quantity: About 50,000 Metric Tons (monthly basis);



Specification: Fe 62%, Si02: 10% Max, Al2O3: 03% Max, Sulfur: 1% Max, Phos (P): 0.2% Max, FeO: 24 % Max,



Ti02: 0.02% Max.



SIZE: 10 mm - 30 mm and up (Lumpy ore);



Packing mode: Bulk (Lose without bagging or any packing material);



Vessel: PANAMAX;



Delivery: Within 45 days from the date of receipt of firm order;



Inspection: From SGS or CIQ at the port of origin, at seller’s cost;



Terms of Delivery: F.O.B. PORT Origin, Mati, Davao Oriental Seaport Mindanao Island, Philippines;



Price: US$82.00 (US Dollar Eighty Two) per metric ton, net without any commission for the intermediary;



Payment Terms: 100 % invoice value payable at sight under the Documentary Letter of Credit, on submission of complete set of original shipping documents including certificates, government permits, in compliance of the terms and conditions as specified in the DLC.



Long Term contract: Could be discussed between the seller and the buyer, after successful completion of a couple of shipments to the satisfaction of both the seller and the buyer.



Performance Bond: Seller shall provide a performance bond from the Bank equivalent to 2% of the value against receipt of the DLC at the receiving and/or negotiating bank in the Philippines;



Note: On receipt of the acceptance of above offer with an LOI from the ultimate buyer (opener of the DLC), Seller shall issue a Proforma Invoice in favor of the buyer for the establishment of the DLC directly in favor of the seller, along with Sale & Purchase Agreement (S&PA) duly signed by the seller.
