The offer from Vietnam has the A2 Certificate and the one from Canada the A1.



Due to the current situation, Ukraine might suspend the export of wood pellets in order to secure themselves during the winter time.



So the prices are expected to raise again.

Procedures:

NCNDA signed among parties;

Buyer sends a letter of Intent (LOI) or accepts Sellers FCO;

GPG issues FCO;

Buyer issues Proof of Fund (POF) or bank RWA and Irrevocable Purchasing Order (ICPO) to GPG;

GPG issues a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) with required certifications and sends it to buyer.

Buyer returns the signed contract to the GPG within 48 hours.

GPG issues a Pro-Forma Invoice;

The Buyer submits the Irrevocable, Transferable, and Divisible Standby Letter of Credit from an A+ level Bank (MT799 and MT760).

After GPGs Bank confirmed receipt of the Letter of Credit, Buyer will receive all other certificates related to product testing and quality control, factory packing list, allocation Letter, and delivery schedule.

Delivery to Port of Loading and payment per scheduled tranche at destination.
