* All the money is in an ESCROW account already

The situation is

They were offered an aircraft by a broker, they opened an escrow and transfered the deposit and first flights.

The broker kept asking for release of the first flight/s immediately without correct procedure and escrows DD discovered it was yet another scam the aircraft MSNs were NOT available aircraft ..

so now he has his funds in escrow and signed a freight contract he will be sued if he doesnt come up with an aircraft for breach of contract.

Our sources dont have one available fast enough this is needed "yesterday" .

Rate should be around $1.1 mil .
