? Each refines and sells gasoline, diesel, heating oil and renewable fuels



Process to follow

? Confirm their identity at which stage their name will be registered with the owner.

? The Investor will be invited to provide an LOI - on their business Letterhead. The selling company’s corporate details



will be provided for the LOI.



? Subject to the interested party being approved by the seller, they will be required to complete an NCNDA. Upon receipt of the completed NCNDA, the investor will be provided with a full ‘INFORMATION MEMORANDUM’ detailing exactly what is being sold and the owners requirements.

? On the assumption the investor is happy to proceed, a FORMAL OFFER - with POF - will be required.

? Investor shall agree for 1% Buyers commission signing of IMFPA.



? The Owner is seeking of Euro 6.5 Billion

? 1% Buyers commission

? Subject to contract for the assets & undertaking of the business



? On a final note it is IMPORTANT to again mention the STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY of this sale. The companys employees are NOT aware of the owners decision to sell, hence absolute secrecy MUST be maintained throughout any buyer due diligence.
