The Australian company is in Liquidation due to Covid and we have done an enormous amount of work to be able to bring it out of Liquidation and present it debt free with the AOC.

The asking price is USD 26,000,000 million.



This includes the BOEING 757-200 Combi in USA the Australian Company with the buyer getting automatically AUD6.4million of tax credits and an AOC specific to B757. That being said the company previously was a cargo operator with a B757.



The AOC only requires one B757 and has an allowance to extend to any jet aircraft and any form of operation, which includes passengers.



There is also included in the price licenses to operate International routes which includes one to mainland China.



If you require a fully committed team to conduct the reinvigoration of the AOC and establish the airline there is an additional cost of AUD3million. This includes, as well as the CAMO team led by an Australian expert in aviation, a full business plan which optimises certain agreements.



If bought now the completed package can take advantage of the incredibly lucrative summer months in Australia (around November 2023).



This purchase is time sensitive due to the expiration of the AOC in June 2023 and the hard to get international licenses.
