The asking price is USD 7,000,000 million, with the buyer getting automatically AUD 6.4million of tax credits and an AOC specific to B757.



That being said the company previously was a cargo operator with a B757.



The AOC only requires one B757 and has an allowance to extend to any jet aircraft and any form of operation, which includes passengers.



There is also included in the price licenses to operate International routes which includes one to mainland China.



If you require a fully committed team to conduct the reinvigoration of the AOC and establish the airline there is an additional cost of AUD3million.



This includes, as well as the CAMO team led by an Australian expert in aviation, a full business plan which optimises certain agreements.
