Payment: 100 % by irrevocable transferable Letter of Credit in our favor, confirmed by a



first-class European bank, with the following payment conditions:



70% down-payment within 20 days after awarding



30% against announcement of readiness for pick up of the hospital



Delivery Time: 8-9 months to EXW date, from date of confirmed order and receipt



of L/C and down-payment, partial deliveries allowed



Validity of Quotation: 30/12/2016



Pricing: EXW, GERMANY Incoterms 2010



Origin: European Union



Warranty: 1 year from date of initial delivery



Export License: The delivery of the quoted equipment may be subject to a German



Government export license for which the German authorities may

require an end-user certificate issued by the end-user.
