All helicopters were overhauled by State Enterprise Orsha Aircraft repair plant according to the original manufacture requirements.

The overhaul includes:

- The overhaul of the airframe and all it removable components and equipment- The new set of the rotor blades- The new set tail of the rotor blades- The Overhauled main gear box and the intermediate gear box- Overhauled two TV3- 117VM (A)- The overhauled AI-9V APU- The replacement of glazing booths- The replacement of soft fuel tanks hoses rubber products batteries for products the new one- the flight data recorder which is designated for acquisition conversion and recording of flight data БУР-4-1. Digital



- The application of tropical anti-corrosion coating and painting polyurethane tropical DUPON farbers according to the scheme of painting agreed with the customer- Implementation of the list of compulsory ballots of putting the helicopter to a uniform state- Assembly delivery test flight of the helicopter in territory of the customer.



The guaranty service life is 8 years or 1500 flying hours in the case of maintenance accordance the original manufacture PDM cards the guaranty team of the State Enterprise Orsha Aircraft repair plant prolong the service life to the additional flying 1500 hours or 8 years. The guaranty service life of fuselage is 20 years.

The time of delivery of the first helicopter is 90 days the every next is 14 days after the previous one.



The price including delivery for two helicopters 14,000,000.00 USA$.



In the case of interest we are ready to provide the re-equipment and upgrade of Mi-35P according NATO peace keeping version package for the each helicopter includes:

- Adaptation of the internal and external lights for NVG compatibility to ensure helicopter round-the-clock application.

- the flight data recorder which is designated for acquisition conversion and recording of flight data БУР-4-1. Digital

- Equipment of the cockpits with Multifunction indicators- GPS MAP 695- VHF radio: KY – 196B- Observation electro-optical system- Airborne audio and video digital recorder DVRp/n 2942- Opt o-electronic suppression station ADROS KT-01ABE- KUV- Replacement of pilot’s analog sighting complex with a digital sight ASP-17VPMwhich significantly enhance the accuracy of application of the air born weapons- The installation of a laser reticule shaping system ensuring application of unguided weapons at night time using NVG. Using of electro-optical system sight ASP – 17VPM and laser Reticule Shaping System in complex ensures a round the clock application of all helicopter weapons- The digital flight data recorder which is designated for acquisition conversion and recording of flight data БУР-4-1.

The payment condition: - 100 % prepayment.

The time of delivery of the first helicopter is 120 days the every next is 14 days after the previous one.
