An opportunity of buying quality fairly new airplanes ( 2 jets Airbus and 6 propellers) per attachment. The price will be about 75% of the red ink figure (in US$ million).



The price is sold as is in Taiwan, the seller will help the buyer to transport these airplanes on the buyer’s account. The owner airlines was not running too well, but the aircrafts are all in their excellent conditions.sellers mandate is direct to the owner bank of Taiwan, so the general manager of the bank ask mandate to sell exclusively for him.



The procedure will be as follows



1: Taiwan,s Fu Xin Airlines(TransAsia) aircraft sales. model. Price such as attachment: photos, data and other basic information.



2: buyer qualifications: need to prepare proof of financial resources(POF).



3: The buyer issued a purchase intention to PRO, Inc.. And issued a purchase 30% of the total amount of the aircraft deposited in a special bank trust account.



4: Taiwan Bank Group( the ownership belongs to the bank right now) informed the buyer to meet to discuss the purchase details within 7 days after receiving



the buyer,s letter of intent



5: The buying and selling aircraft thru negotiation with an agreement. Contract for the purchase of aircraft contract.
