Dear Madam , dear Sir ,



We have been negotiating with Bentley factory direct to place orders as “tourist and diplomatic sales” for Flying Spur, Bentleyga and New GT.



They are in principle agreeing to this because all cars will be LHD (unless you have RHD orders) registered in the UK to a leasing company and the will pay VAT in full.



The cars will not be driven and can be exported to EU but will not be ‘de registered’ until 6-9 months old, this is just a paper exercise so the car can be anywhere!



They have however said Flying Spur production is now closed to order as they will look to launch a newer looking car some time in 2019.



If there was sufficient interest they would look to increase the final production run of cars.



Knowing there is a new Spur would you still be keen to commit to orders for cars arriving October onwards? I think they would want 20 orders to consider making more cars.



Do you think demand is strong enough?



Please let me know if you think you would want to look at ordering and how many you feel would be comfortable.



Having taken 6 months to reach this deal we would not want or order cars and then let them down at collection.
