PRICE: Chicken Paws CIF USD 1.950 per Metric Ton - MJW CIF USD 2.030 per Metric Ton



DELIVERY: First shipment in 30 days after receipt of confirmation Guarantee.

DESTINATION PORT: CIF China

CONTRACT LENGTH: (12) months

PERFORMANCE BOND: Two (2%) percent for guarantee bank MT 700 ( DLC) Bank top 25.

INSPECTION: Quality, quantity, Weight by SGS or Equivalent at the Seller’s cost at the loading port and at the Buyer’s cost at the discharge port.

INSURANCE: Cargo Insurance 110% from Lloyd’s Register

PAYMENT TERMS: : DLC value 1 months, Revolving, Irrevocable, Transferable, Operative/ TOP 25 BANK or CONFIRMED Bank top 25.

PAYMENT: MT 103 after shipping documents.

• No Burns / No Hair / No Chemical Burns / Drainage 1ºC - 5ºC for 8 Hours

• Shelf Life: 24 Months Minimum

• Carton Label: Standard International Labels Accepted by China Authorities and China Customs for Frozen Poultry

PROCEDURES:



1. Buyer’s agent issue Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)

2. Seller issue Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for Buyer's review.

3. Buyer accepts FCO, confirmed by signing and sealing on the FCO.

4. Seller provides Draft Contract for evaluation.

5. Seller and Buyer sign NCNDA-IMFPA. (If applicable)

6. Buyer and Seller signs Contract.

7. Buyer's and Seller's Banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DLC.

8. Seller’s bank issues operative 2% PB, after confirmation DLC account seller.

9. Shipment commence as per contract.

10. The Parties to the contract enter into this cycle and shall proceed with the execution of mutually agreed schedule to its full implementation.
