The Seller has a company to dismantle this used oil refinery stored

in California (USA) and to dispatch to the new buyer with possible to

build New Tank Farm and Boiler to supply .



Enclosed the Specifications / Photos of this plant .

It would be cost beneficial to the client

If the tanks were newly fabricated. The cost to dismantle the existing tanks, handle,

Ship, quality control, and erection would exceed the price for new tanks.



And we should be able to provide a boiler. I do not see that being a problem.



The Sale FOB California - USA Price without Tank Farm and Boiler

is US$ 11,500,000 . .



We need to receive ASAP the LOI buyers mandate and the BCL of US$ 11,500,000 from the Buyer's bank before Meeting in USA
