Our company according to your LOI confirms readiness to conclude a contract for the supply of the following Goods on the terms.



1. Name of the Goods: yellow corn grade 4 or 5 for animal feed.



2. Country of origin of the Goods: Ukraine.



3. Harvest: 2020.



3. Quality standard: DSTU 4525:2006,



- moisture 13% maximum;



- foreign matter 1,5% maximum;



- broken kernels 3%;



- aflatoxine 20PPB maximum;



- kernels 0,5 maximum: 0,5 of which maximum 1% heat damaged and/or germinating;



- goods free from alive insects free from poisonous seeds/husks but tolerance maximum 0,1% castor seed and/or castor seed husks.



- non GMO.



4. Packing: in bulk.



5. Scope of delivery: the first batch of 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) metric tons with the subsequent conclusion of an annual contract for the total amount of 1,800,000 (one million eight hundred thousand) metric tons.



6. Delivery conditions: FOB of port Odessa.



7. Price: 242 US dollars per metric ton.



8. Terms of payment after signing the contract by both parties and the readiness of all banking procedures, the Buyer, within 5 banking days from the date of the invoice, pays to the Seller an advance payment of 10% of the cost of the first batch of goods (150,000 metric tons and issues an SBLC (standby letter of credit) SWIFT MT760, acceptable to the Seller, in the amount of 90% of the cost of the first batch of goods (150,000 metric tons).



9. Delivery of the first batch of goods (150,000 metric tons) to the destination within 25 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the advance payment and SBLC according to the procedure specified in clause 8 of this F?O.
