4m barrels in 1st month

And 6 million barrels per month x 12

Procedure is as follows:



EAST CHINA ON-SHORE TANK FARM STORAGE/ ZHOUSHAN from Sellers tank storage to Buyer’s tank stoPPrage within 7 days.Buyer refusal to transship the product from from Seller’s tank farm after 7 days will



GENERAL PROCEDURES



The buyer issue LOI , + Buyers banking information along with the procedures below Plus company profile Business certificate.



The Buyer and the Seller sign the agreement (SPA), including bank coordinates. And the Buyer must return the signed mentioned agreement within 48 hours. Electronic signed copy for both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and is not subject to change.



The Buyer issues RWA OF $100M/ TOTAL CARGO (BY SWIFT) According to sellers verbiage from a top prime bank in the world with ATV to Sellers fiduciary account, indicating his capability and creditworthiness to consummate the contract.



Upon receipt and confirmation of Buyers RWA, Seller issues the following documents to Buyer;



CHINESE DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION FOR TANKS.CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR CARGO. NOTIFICATION OF ENTRY CERTIFICATE. CLEARANCE FOR INSPECTOR.



Seller Invites Buyers CIQ inspection team to conduct their DIP test in Sellers Tank Farm.



Upon a certified Q&Q REPORT Seller issue Commercial Invoice and BUYER PAY for the entire cargo via MT103 TT within 3 banking days and seller pays agents and facilitators as in the IMFPA



Buyer injects product from Sellers Tank storages or discharge cargo into Buyers tank storages within 5 days.



Seller issues all documents in Buyers name, including warranty of title.



8. The buyer pays for the full cargo according to the CI plus commission to the agents through MT103 Swift.



9. Products are transferred to buyers tank farms and original documents issued in buyers name and titles transfer executed.
