ANNEX A (SPECIFICATION)



The goods must be of good quality, free from infection, of commercial quality, free of foreign odors. The product must not contain live insects, quarantine and sanitary items, poisonous or dangerous substances and pesticides, must be suitable for human and animal consumption, and must comply with the following specifications:



- Weed impurity 2% maximum;



- Humidity 13% maximum;



- Natural weight 75 kg/hl minimum;



- Number of falls 230 minimum;



- Protein 13% minimum;



- Raw gluten 27% minimum (ISO);
