Destination Port (Country): Genova (Italy), Hamburg (Germany) or Le Havre (France) between 15th and 20th of every month.

Payment Method: PAYMENT MT 103, at the seller request under presentation of the documentation below:

SGS or equivalent at port of loading, SGS OR VERITAS, Buyer allowed onsite inspection to verify availability and quality of product



The payment will be requested every first week of the month.

Delivery schedule and any Bill of Lading available subject to delivery schedule (subject to delivery terms)



Procedures:



1. NCNDA signed among parties.



2. Buyer sends a letter of Intent (LOI) or accepts Seller’s SCO.



3. Buyer issues Proof of Fund (POF) or bank RWA and Irrevocable Purchasing Order (ICPO)



4. Seller issues a Pro-Forma Invoice, SGS, Bill of Landing



5. The Buyer transfers the amount of Proforma by MT103



6. Delivery to Port of Loading of scheduled tranche at destination.
