NEW apartment buildings offer

Attached you can find both drawings and exterior pictures of the apartment building recently completed.



Each building consists of 8 apartments (4 on ground level and other 4 on 1st floor).



Each apartment is 33,2 m2 and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a living room.



132,8 m2 is the total area of one floor and 265,6 m2 is a total area of one building.



And both building are having a total area of 531,2 m2.



Each apartment is equipped with:



- electrical installation with LED lamps



- smoke detector (obligatory in case of such buildings)



- kitchen furniture 1,8m high with: 80 cm h fridge, microwave, cooking hob with two burners, stainless steel sink with draining board, faucet



- bathroom: shower, ceramic washbasin with drawer, ceramic toilet



- no furniture like beds and tables

Complete building as depicted on drawings costs 229.000 EUR



This price is EXW Poland.



To estimate the transport cost we require precise calculation once you have final address (+transport companies tend to change prices these days as the cost of fuel is not stable).



As to the installation cost: it is 60.000€

We would need 1,5 months to build such building at your clients premises.
