Account of Indonesian Chrtrs we’re looking for TWO (2) units FSUs (300,000 MT Each) at designated



for deployment at designated Ship-to-Ship (STS) locations “I” and “H” in Maharani Energy Gateway Port,



Muara, Johor, Malaysia.



Chrtrs interest is to engage 2x FSUs to support their contractual obligations of supplying EN590 GASOIL (10PPM)



in quantities minimum of 500,000 Metric Tonnes per month to their buyer/s.



Charter Term: An initial period of outright three (3) years, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years



upon mutual agreement.



* Vessel Type: CRUDE OIL TANKER (VLCC) x 2 Unit



* Cargo: EN590 GASOIL10PPM



* Quantity: 500.000MTS per month



* Trading Area: FSU at Designated STS“I” and “H” Locations, Maharani Energy Gateway Port



Muara, Johor, Malaysia to support floating storage operations



* Type Chartered: Time Charter (TC)



* Contract Period: 3 Years with Chopt to extend for additional two (2) years upon mutual agreement.



Two(2) FSU in total.



* On Hire: Early January ‘2025 , try with vsls dates



* Target Rate: USD 38.000 PDPR



* Payment Term : 1+1



* Ship Owner Account: Crew Salary, Maintainance, Vessel Insurance



* Charterer Account: Agency Fees,Forwading,Fuel,Fresh Water,Dues

Taxes,Pilotage,Survey,Food Cargo Insurance.
