outstanding opportunity: rare earth minerals operating surface mine in AL USA

I spent three days in early January visiting an operating mine in AL that has rich deposits of rare earth minerals. This opportunity was presented to me by a Chicago based attorney I have worked with for more than a decade. But because I have conducted physical, on-site due diligence, and its coming from this business associate, I know it is a legitimate opportunity. 1. The company is a 10 year old surface mining company in northern Alabama

2. Approximately $80MM has been invested in the company over the past decade

3. The plant is permitted and operational and described in detail in documents available upon request

4. The company has acquired more than 2,500 acres and the mining rights to rare earth minerals, precious metals (gold & platinum) and high grade silica for the oil industry

5. The high grade silica inventory is considered top 10 in the nation & available to customers now

6. Silica revenues are positioned for Q2 and rare earth mineral revs will dominate in Q3 and beyond

7. Projected net profits are in the $5MM+ per month range as the rare earth minerals deliveries ramp up

8. A $100K investment secures 1.5% of the company and the same share of profits

9. 1.5% of $5MM/mo = $75K/mo

10. My fee is 10% of investors ownership and monthly earnings, and 10% for a co-intermediary if applicable

11. Projected net to investor is $60K/mo if two intermediaries each earn 10% of the $900K annual revs

12. The projected $60K to $75K+/mo is received in perpetuity or until the company sells

13. Projected company valuation: $5MM/mo net xs 12 = $60MM times a multiple of 5 = $300MM

14. This valuation is based on an earnings multiple...it does not include the value of the assets such as rare earth minerals, precious metals, high grade silica, equipment and real estate

15. Company HQs in a building purchased from a bank that closed

16. The principals are transparent and have an open door policy...an investor (and their intermediary) can visit at a moments notice. There is a commercial airport an hour away, and a closer airport for private jets/planes.
