This is a unique opportunity to have a foundry in Switzerland with the two licenses to trade, to import, export and Assayer license with a Hallmark approved by the Swiss Confederation.



New such dual licenses will never be granted again.



The Maktoum / Dubai group is interested but the Swiss compliance services will oppose this acquisition. The same reservations will be expressed with regard to American capital.



The figures



This company does not own any valuable real estate. It rents a workshop and its equipment is quality equipment allowing it to melt materials and analyze them. The refining activities (which are not really profitable) are subcontracted to approved refiners (Metalor, Cendres et Métaux, Pamp, etc.).



In reality, the assets of this company are intangible assets consisting of the two licenses already mentioned. These two licenses had been obtained by the founder of the company through his position within the institution: Contrôle des Métaux Précieux de Suisse



By its license of Sworn Assayers, it is authorized to import gold from any country as long as it is accompanied by the usual traceability documents - excluding gold from Russia to date.



In the event of an acquisition, it must be understood that the profitability of the project depends solely on the ability of the partners to build a regular network of suppliers.



There is no need to propose a sophisticated Business Plan, a few figures are enough to appreciate the profitability of this tool.



This profitability can be easily calculated: Considering that the company processes 1000 kg/month at the current rate of EURO 78/gr with 2% of the LBMA to cover operating costs and refining costs from third parties, and buying at the price of LBMA -5%, we obtain a profit margin of 3%, or EUR 234,000.00 /month, or 28 million in 10 years.
