New Price Order: ca. € 53750000.- EUR per unit with a 50% down deposit and a 18-21 month order build period.

Payment Schedule:



€ 500000.- EUR immediate deposit per unit into escrow to reserve and secure order. This needs to be prior to inspection.



50% down payment within 5 calendar days after inspection.



Remaining balance due before shipping.



Delivery: Within three weeks of site visit.



Warranty: One year included.



Additional Services (Optional):

Installation and commissioning assistance.



Personnel training on turbine operation and maintenance.



Program for Collaboration:

Sign a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) to disclose the end buyers name and country to Siemens for approval.
