Particularly interested in a complete unit (including generator and auxiliary systems), but am open to evaluating turbine-only configurations as well.

2. Power output (MW) and whether it is DLE (Dry Low Emissions)



3. Condition (used, overhauled, or new surplus)



4. Technical documentation (maintenance logs, inspection reports, borescope results, etc.)



5. Price (FOB and/or CIF Astana, Kazakhstan)



6. Available warranty or Siemens service support



7. Estimated lead time for delivery
