The price does not include VAT in Germany of 19.0% (if applicable), any possible local taxes or customs duties, or freight costs.



On signing of a LOI and a NCNDA, more information will be provided.



An inspection in Germany is possible by arrangement prior to placing an order, with all additional costs, including handling, to be covered by the buyer.



A Third-Party Inspection (TPI) is possible upon payment of a 15% deposit, which will be fully refunded if the specifications do not match the offered material. The costs for the inspection are not included in the offer. An inspection is recommended before collection; claims for reduction will only be considered in cases of intentional misrepresentation.



This offer is valid for 10 (ten) days from todays date.



The validity of the offer remains in place if a Letter of Intent (LOI/NCNDA) is signed within the 10 (ten) days.



An LOI/NCNDA must be signed prior to the TPI. The details of the TPI company must be provided by the buyer 15 (fifteen) business days in advance if the buyer wishes to conduct a TPI inspection.



Payment Terms:



20% deposit of the total purchase price, payable before conducting a TPI inspection and upon signing the corresponding LOI/NDA. Fully refundable if the specifications do not match the offered information.



80% of the total purchase price payable within 7 (seven) business days. Delivery Time: Immediate
