New and refurbished options are acceptable.



The blades must have an operating time of less than 20,000 hours in firing mode.



The option of re-applying the protective coating should be offered.



A service should also be offered to assess the residual life of the blades and nozzle apparatuses without destructive testing and/or, if possible, using destructive testing and documents confirming the operation of the blades with the specified period.



Partial proposal is acceptable.



Please advise the lead time and delivery cost to Turkey
