Seller procured two gas turbine and generator packages, in particular consisting of two F-Class gas turbines and two generators from the South American energy company, Central Puerto S.A, in 2021.



Prior to selling the two gas turbines and generators to the Seller, the South American energy company had bought the two gas turbines and generators from Siemens Energy.



They shipped only one of the two gas turbines and generators and the other has never been shipped from Siemens Energy’s productions sites in Germany to South America and since then are warehoused in Germany at three locations and are still packed in the original boxes.



Only the “Turbine Exit Manifolds (TEMS)“ that were produced in China have been shipped to Germany at the instigation of the Seller.



The previous seller has used 1 of the gas turbines and 1 of the generator for a project in Hungary.



We have access the remaining unit stored with Siemens orgonal cost was well over 100,000,000 they are asking Euro 41,000,000



Regarding inspection they would ask for a, LOI, POF, NDA, euro 2,000,000 into escrow and LOI, the vendor will need to fly to Germany and requires euro 12,000 travel expences but no inspection fee



If above is agreed they will send a proof of life as he has all documents and packing lists available.



Once all is done quickly we can make an appointment for inspection in Germany but again needs to be quicker then last time because he is about to market this at Euro 45,000,000 and believes it will within a week there are no others in the world, if you were to order new its well over Euro 100,000,000 and up to 5 years waiting .
