Inspection :



standard procedure start with LOI and POF once received the vendor will send draft contract once signed we will open escrow a $500,000 refundable deposit (if equipment is not as presented) inspection can then be arranged . The vendor requests that we accompany any inspection by the client so travel expenses are necessary.
