Payment Terms :



1st payment, 20% after visual and boroscope inspection

2nd payment, 45% with the start of dismantling the equipment.

3rd payment, 15% by the completion of packing the two units with all the

accessories above.

4th payment, 10% with equipments reaching China Port

5th payment, 10% after having the bill of lading and shipping documents.



Delivery : 2 Months after Advance Payment



Inspection : Can be arranged , subject to Terms , 10% deposit into escrow and USD 12,000 Towards inspection visit expenses to be paid by the customer .



This amount will be deducted upon successful contract .
