We would be in a position to discuss supplying GE LM2500 units under a structured commercial process, subject to technical alignment, buyer qualification, and full trade-compliance review.



At this stage, please note the following commercial framework from our side:



- Product focus: GE LM2500 complete turbogenerator packages

- Frequency: 60 Hz

- Condition: subject to final scope, configuration, and refurbishment/certification basis

- Commercial structure: package transactions only

- Minimum transaction size: 10 units

- Final offer and documentation: subject to buyer qualification and compliance clearance



Before moving further, we would need the following:

1. Full buyer profile

2. End user / final consignee details

3. Final destination and project description

4. Confirmation of whether the buyer is acting as principal or intermediary

5. Required certification basis for “zero-hours refurbished”

6. Warranty expectations and performance requirements

7. Target delivery window

8. Confirmation of payment structure

9. Confirmation that the proposed transaction can proceed in full compliance with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions regulations
