Release of Encumbrances (Clean Title Certificate): A legal declaration proving the units are not currently tied up in bankruptcy court, South American project litigation, or held as collateral against unpaid debts.

OEM Preservation Logs (The "Maintenance History"): Siemens requires strict turning, nitrogen purging, and shaft rotation schedules to prevent the heavy rotors from warping under their own weight. Demand the logs from 2016 to the present day.

Official Equipment Serial Numbers (Stator & Rotor): the exact serial numbers stamped on the SGEN5-1200A generator nameplate and the SGT5-4000F turbine casing.

Siemens "Letter of Authenticity": A direct letter from Siemens Energy confirming the serial numbers match "new surplus" inventory currently resting under their official conservation oversight.
