Our client is currently evaluating qualified suppliers for the potential procurement of Siemens SGT-600, SGT-700 and SGT-800 industrial gas turbines for an upcoming utility-scale power generation project.



Application: Utility-Scale Power Generation Grid Frequency: 50 Hz Primary Fuel: Natural Gas (Dual-Fuel solutions may also be considered)



As part of our technical and commercial evaluation process, we kindly request the following information:



1. Draft Contract and Terms



Please provide your standard sale-and-supply agreement draft, including the annex outlining the full scope of supply (gas turbine, generator, base frame, air intake system, lubrication oil system, control and protection equipment, auxiliary modules, etc.).



Please include proposed warranty clauses and a template for a Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) , specifying response times, spare-parts support, and operator training offerings.



2. Comprehensive Technical Package



? Performance curves and tabulated data for both simple-cycle and combined-cycle operation, including gross/net output, thermal efficiency, specific fuel consumption, and emissions levels.



? General arrangement drawings with dimensions, weights, and load cases.



? Bill of materials for essential spare parts, including part numbers, recommended quantities, and stocking guidelines.



3. Current Pricing and Validity



? Unit price for the offered gas turbine with the base equipment package.



? Itemized costs for optional services, including international freight, marine insurance, installation supervision, and commissioning support.



? Preferred payment structure (deposit, milestone payments, and balance), currency of transaction, and validity period of the offered prices.



4. Delivery Schedule and Expedited Options



? Latest lead time for turbine availability.



? Typical transit duration to the final delivery location, to be confirmed upon contract signing.



? Availability of priority preparation/manufacturing or express shipping options and any associated surcharges.



5. Logistics and Inspection Procedures



? Your preferred Incoterms and any standard variations you apply.



? Third-party inspection process at your works/site and pre-shipment acceptance protocol.



? Estimated timeline for preparation and approval of all shipping documentation, including data book, mill-test certificates, certificates of conformity, etc.



6. Additional Clarifications



? Minimum order quantity and current equipment availability.



? Storage conditions required prior to dispatch.



? Any special conditions or prerequisites that should be noted.
