The used 7000 BPD Refinery is designed for gas condensate, can also process light crude oil .The unit is a full conversion refinery, includes Two Hydrotreater units 3,000 BPD each , a Reformer unit 3,000 BPD, a UOP Isomeration unit 3,000 BPD. and other units include a Merox diesel unit and other auxiliary units



The followings are basic yields when charged with the gas condensate feed-stock.



LPG 1.75% or about 122.5 BPD

Gasoline (LSR and HSR) 74.6% or about 5222 BPD,

Kerosene, Diesel 21.85% or about 1529.5BPD

Fuel Oil 1.8% or about 126 BPD



The LSR (Light Straight Run gasoline) and HSR (Heavy Straight Run gasoline) will go through the two Hydrotreater plants and then the ISO and Reformer units at a total of about 6400 BPD total production. The exact amount through the two units will depend on the condensate feed and the cut points.



The kerosene and Diesel will depend on the cut points but then this product will go through a Merox treater to storage.



Because of the favourable feedstock – Gas Condensate instead of crude oil – Refinery provides cost-effective high quality products which exceed Euro-III or Euro-IV Quality Standards. This and the fact that 100% of the feed is converted into products results in a considerably shorter pay-back period than comparable crude oil refinery projects of similar product output.
