INSPECTION: Report for quantity and quality in factory plus SGS/GEO CHEM based on buyer’s choice



Please be advised the inspection gets done either by SGS or GEO CHEM under buyer’s representative observation and buyer can compare refinery’s test results with the one from an independent inspection office that’s why based on loading port’s customs clearance balance amount gets released in favor to us as seller.



Please note our payment term will be T/T (30/70) which means buyer makes a down payment of 30% into our bank account and in return we will give him a receipt until product gets ready in loading port for inspection and we will take the rest of the amount upon handing over customs clearance documents and upon cargo loading completion.



Please follow below procedures.



a. Buyer confirms OFFER and asks in written for a P/I



b. Seller issues and sends a P/I



c. Buyer checks the details of the P/I, signs and seals it and sends an official letter introducing his agent for product’s check and inspection and in the meantime, he deposits 30% of the total amount as a down payment and in return receives a receipt along with seller’s statement in P/I and contract



d. Upon handing over loading port’s customs clearance documents and loading completion balance amount gets released into seller’s account.



This offer will remain valid until the 22nd of December 2023; since prices will be affected by market’s price changes, this offer shall be refreshed upon your requirement.
