The subject vessel is available for physical inspection upon request in form of LOI .

Sellers mandate met with the owner again a couple of days ago after his arrival from Dubai.



Find attached the inspection report of the vessel which was prepared by the seller between 24th-26th July, 2016.



Regarding the terms for payment, the seller is willing to accept payment for the vessel before it is moved away from its present position to the buyer destination .



In this regard, the seller has suggested that a discounted price offer of USD $105/MT cash and carry as is where is.



Payment AFTER delivery is not a consideration



The seller MoU/Draft Contract will be sent as soon as the buyer confirms his agreement to the payment procedure above.
