I have tested this refinery and already got from them a Contract and CI following the ICPO sent to them from my other Buyer.



Attached please find the procedure for D6 , but I got it at a reduced price of 0. 81 net and a 0.8 4 gross despite the recent oil price rise .



Please find a quick buyer before this is gone because buyers like this special price and issue ICPO

The Refinery is Torgprom in Russia -Strong and Performing



The ICPO should be made out to : (TBA If Interested)



Along with the ICPO , the buyer should send a TSA Certificate which verifies that



THE TANK FARM IS TRANSNEFT CERTIFIED



MY SELLER WILL SEND ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF THE PARTIAL PROOF OF PRODUCT WHICH IS IN THE LIST ON THE ATTACHED SCO ONCE WE GET A DULY SIGNED ICPO WITH THE TSA CERTIFICATE.



BUYER WILL GET A READY DEAL IN ROTTERDAM AT AN ATTRACTIVE PRICE WITH DOCUMENTS FOR THE PPOP
