Terms of transportation: FOB port Batumi

Payment Terms: IRDLC/ MT103

Inspection: SGS

Payment Procedure: To be mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.



PROCEDURE

1. The Buyer sends the ICPO to the Seller

2. The Seller sends the Draft Contract to the Buyer

3. The Seller and the Buyer lodge the signed Contract into their Banks

4. The Seller?s Bank Officer and the Buyer?s Bank Officer communicate and agree on how to work

5. The Seller?s Bank sends the following PPOP documents to the Buyer?s Bank:

A. Letter of Commitment to Supply (the Refinery)

B. Authorization To Verify (ATV)

C. Assurance Letter to Supply (the Refinery)

D. Certificate of Conformity (the Chamber of Commerce)

E. Laboratory Analyses (the Refinery)

F. Letter of Dip Test Authorization (DTA)

6. The Buyer?s Bank issues the IRDLC (preferable) and sends it to the Seller?s Bank

7. The Buyer orders SGS to conduct Dip Test in Seller?s Tank. The Seller loads the Buyer?s Vessel, simultaneously the Buyer?s Bank makes 100% payment via MT103 TT wire transfer

within 72 hours, and the Seller's Bank immediately makes the Transfer of Ownership and issues the Certificate of Ownership to the Buyer alongside with all necessary Export Documents
