Confidential: Titanium Offer - Spec and Details
We have the following opportunity to offer:
Please find attached the spec and details of the Titanium.
Just to give you a heads up. Yo
U will be buying direct from a Procurement Company that supplies Defense Groups. As a Registered Swiss Company we have been asked to be the intermediator as a middle-man should there be any issues that arise.
We have looked at the present market and have found the international selling price is around US$ 48'600 - US$ 52'400.-
We have been offered 627.904 tonnes of titanium ingots for sale at US$28’850.- per tonne ex-works.
This could be great for any shipping, military manufacturer, airplane and helicopter manufacturers. Companies Like ABB and ALSTOM that develop and make Power Plants. Let me know if this could be an opportunity for any of your clients.
No in between people. Always better when direct.
Regarding the shipping costs:
The Owner/Company will truck the Titanium from Factory Plant to Port St. Petersburg, shipping from there to any open end Port destinations will be a set price per Tonnage. They have also suggested that they are prepared divide the amount in batches to do L/C on 80 Tons per shipment.
Also just to inform your clients:
Insurance cost is an additional 1% from the total contract price.
Also extra info:
It’s simple on our end. We have the owners and a stamped company letter to prove it’s their titanium. So be simple and uncomplicated with your buyers. This is a standard procurement. They can do L/C on the payment as well. But that they need to have a clear buyer with the understanding that we get our commissions paid out. Once I have that then I will Pass all details on.
I have spoken to the owners. If your client is interested then he must put in a LOI in order for the owners to get further inspections done if required. However right now there is COA in the paperwork we gave you. Alternatively your client can get a independent inspection done on the titanium themselves. Whichever way we do require the LOI. As for them, nothing has changed on the product since it’s last inspection.
Remember, these guys are a Procurement Company for a Defense conglomerate.
NB: They are sitting with billions and billions of materials they want to start moving. This opens doors to a whole new business level.
