Rate is $260 CIF



3-*MINIMUM DELIVERY QUANTITY AVAILABLE *

Minimum contract signing is 1,000,000 MT

Minimum delivery quantity is 200,000MT (negotiable)



4-PERIOD FOR DEAL FROM SELLER

Contract is activated upon receipt of pre-advise from the buyer. Seller issues 20% performance Bond within 48 hours of receipt of pre-advise.



5- CONTRACT QUANTITY

Minimum contract quantity is 1,000,000. More can be arranged if buyer has capacity to take more.



6-PROCEDURE FOR SITE VISIT

A. Buyer signs contract

B. Seller signs contract

C. Buyer issues pre-advise

D. Seller issues 20% performance Bond

E. Buyer issues LC

F. Inspection of cargo by buyer.



7- DELIVERY DESTINATION DETAILS

Subject to buyers preferred destination. Contract is CIF. So, buyer is the one to provide details of delivery destination details.



8-DRAFT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER & SELLER

This will be provided once there is a LOI from the buyer.



9- PAYMENT TERMS-LC AGAINST DELIVERED QUANTITY

Sight LC based on agreed delivery milestone.



10. TOTAL SCRAP AVAILABLE QUANTITY

Total scrap available is excess of 3,000,000MT



11.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF SCRAP



For your reference, Not Many companies can buy this stock of railway steel.

Because, this railway can be used for Recycling or railway installation.

Saudi company will cut 12.5m length to 1 - 1.5m length.

As steel scraps, the quantity is really big. So only limited countries can buy it.

For railway installation, the standard of technical specification is GOST (Russian spec). So, end-user countries will be limited.
