Please note the following important points for the deals:



- these offers based on bank to bank procedures



- buyer shows POF via MT199 and seller releases gold to the refinery



- no money changes hands until assay, but the seller has to know buyer is capable



- we work directly with the seller mandate and there is no chain of brokers.



- 1.5% commission for seller side is closed and the buyer side commission of 1.5% is to be split 1% for the buyer mandate group (open) and 0.5% for the facilitator group (closed)



- terms and procedures are not negotiable;



- to move forward, the buyer or his official mandate is required to complete and sign the attached FCOs;



-any change in procedures will not be acceptable to the seller.
