An Official Letter Of Intent, LOI, according the SCO informations, and to be Nominated

direct to the sellers company name, DINAR......... LTD .



TERMS OF THE PRICEDUERS :

SCO, LOI, SPA, COMMERCIAL INVOICE, POF, POP, ( LC, DLC, SBLC, BG ).

FIRST SHIPMENT WILL START .



The beginning paper works will be through me until signing the official SPA agreement

and forwarding the commercial invoice to you , after this step the TOPIC will be Transferred

to Sellers & Buyers Bank to start the rest of the basic works and IMPLEMENTATION .



All seller details, Bank details, bank officer details will be shown in the SPA agreement

and into the commercial invoice.



NOTE

Sellers procedures are mandatory and not able to modification at all .
