Due to our last email regarding your buyers request to buy LNG from our Group CIF China, As End Seller I confirm to you our ability to supply the LNG in CIF Basis as below :



1. Price : Platts Price per MT Net to buyer FOB



2. Commission : $2 per MT ( US $ 1 PMT Seller side and $ 1 PMT Buyer side )



3. Payment Terms : 100% Irrevocable Prime Bank Letter Of Credit (IRDLC or SBLC)



4. Performance Bond : 2%



5. Delivery : CIF China.



6. Origins Available : Russia, Algeria, Egypt, Qatar



7. Quantity Per Delivery : 100000 MT per month.



8. Contract Period : 12 Months



To start we need to get from the buyers company :



1. ICPO (Attached ICPO Format)



2. The buyers Proof of Funds (BCL)



After we receive documents our Legal Department will issue an Official Full Corporate Offer (FCO) signed and sealed to Countersign and the Draft Contract will follow to be signed by both parties.

Dear Sir,



It has just been notify by the Refinery that, A loaded Vessels of 75,000 MT LCO Light Cycle Oil is Currently Underway on the China Sea and is Available for Re-assignment on the basis of Spot Shipment "TTO" Tanker Take Over to another Potential Buyers.



PRICE: $220.00 Gross / $210.00 Net per MT



Transaction Procedures:



1. Buyer sends Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order “ICPO” to the Supplier alongside with the following Documents.



A. Buyer’s Company/Personal Information, and

B. A copy of the Data Page of the Buyer’s International Passport

C. Letter of Readiness & Acceptance



D. Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) issued by Top 25 World Class Bank (not older than 4 Days).



2. The Supplier and Buyer endorsed the Tanker Takeover Agreement along with the Commercial Invoice.



3. The Supplier sends the POP Documents to the Buyer via E-mail



A. Bill of Lading (copy)

B. Q88 "Vessel Description" (copy)

C. Certificate of Origin (copy)

D. Storage Receipt (copy)

E. Q&Q Analysis Report at the Loading Port (copy)





4. Buyer pays for the Transfer of Product Title to the Supplier.



5. The Supplier transfers the product title to the Buyer and send the ATB “authorization to board” with SGS (original) to the Buyer. The Supplier re-issue the POP Document in favor of the Buyer, along with the Bill of Lading.



6. Buyer pays via T/T Wire transfer as per the Commercial Invoice upon SGS inspection at the Destination Port, after offloading the product.



7. The Supplier pays commission to all intermediaries and sends the SPA for 12 Months Rolls & Extension to the Buyer to review and endorsement.
